Radio Zachód was one of many local radio stations that started their activity in the early 50’s. At the beginning, the station broadcasted very short programmes - up to 15 minutes a day. In the following years not only the length of auditions, but also radio technology has changed. Radio Zachód is nowadays regarded as the most opinion-forming radio station in Lubuskie region. It is also the most popular public radio in Lubuskie voivodeship.

In 2013 Konsbud Audio delivered and installed equipment of the station’s broadcasting complex. We have mounted a 20-fader DHD 52/MX mixing console. Additionally, the central machine room was equipped with DHD touch screen control panel for signal management and intercom communication. At the same time, we have installed a DHD sound network unit in a supplementary broadcasting complex.
