State Geological Institute – State Research Institute is the oldest Polish nation-wide scientific institution.The Institute thoroughly examines geological structure of the country for the needs of the national economy and environmental protection. The institute cooperates with geological centres in 30 countries worldwide. It also actively participates in works of expert groups set up to advise appropriate structures of the European Commission.

To ensure professional audio quality for the conferences and meetings held at the Institute, we were asked to develop an audio system for the J. Morozewicz Stately Hall. The main task assigned by the investor was the improvement of speech intelligibility in the hall.

We installed there a conference system with individual panels for each participant. Six wireless units with handheld microphones serve as additional sources of sound. Because the hall is very reverberant, we used installed sound loudspeakers with adjustable driver axis angle. An open structure of the DSP application allows to create a system of any functionality.
